職位描述:負責(zé)光學(xué)器件與光纖耦合產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)，該職位要求具備較強的光學(xué)工程背景，能夠獨立完成光學(xué)耦合類產(chǎn)品的選型，設(shè)計與開發(fā)主要職責(zé):-光學(xué)耦合設(shè)計與開發(fā)；1、負責(zé)光學(xué)元件與光纖的耦合技術(shù)設(shè)計與優(yōu)化；2、開發(fā)與實施新技術(shù)改進現(xiàn)有光耦合方案；3、參與進行耦合器件的性能測試與分析；4、設(shè)計實驗，搭建專業(yè)實驗平臺，進行數(shù)據(jù)分析，進行產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化改進；5、相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)生命周期管理，確保產(chǎn)品開發(fā)在整個生命周期內(nèi)達到目標；-跨部門合作；1、與研發(fā)團隊合作，支持新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和導(dǎo)入。任職要求:-光學(xué)工程、物理、精密儀器、電子工程或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的本科及以上學(xué)歷，至少3年以上光學(xué)器件與光纖耦合或相關(guān)制程開發(fā)經(jīng)驗；-熟悉光纖通信原理、光學(xué)元件的工作原理及耦合技術(shù)；-熟悉光學(xué)設(shè)計仿真軟件；-熟練使用光學(xué)測試儀器（如光功率計、光譜分析儀、干涉儀等）；-具備精密對準和耦合技術(shù)的經(jīng)驗，掌握自動化設(shè)備優(yōu)先；-良好的問題解決能力，能夠獨立分析并優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計；-具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神；-有硅光耦合技術(shù)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
