Main Responsibilities1.Analyze on-site waste, identify hidden hazards of waste and non-conformity, formulate improvement measures, improve bottleneck productivity, and promote lean production and cost saving2.Establish the Lean Smart Factory culture and implementation.3.Find and solve the root cause of process problems by Poka-Yoke or other automatic solution4.Plan the plant layout, optimize logistics paths, and increase space utilization.5.Analyze and ****uate the existing production capacity situation, develop medium- and long-term improvement plans.6.Pro-actively support the Global Industrialization Manager in the with regional process knowhow7.Responsible for providing regional aspects for required deliverables based on the product supply chain concept8.Review Product Journey, ensure the product is designed to enable lean assembling and automated production9.Responsible for the end-to-end assembly process including the related side process10.Responsible for coordinating and supporting the product PFMEA verification process with innovation11.Identify, lead, and implement customizing/ logistics improvement projects12.Any other tasks as and when assigned by the managementREQUIREMENTS1.Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent2.Familiar with Office Software3.5+ years of experience in product industrialization, Process engineering4.Project Management5.Skill of AutoCAD6.Ability to cope with strain - non-varying performance7.Accuracy8.Languages – Fluent written/oral English and Mandarin9.Ability to work in a team, sense of efficiency, waste, quality awareness, constant improvement thinking. 10.Willingness to learn new things11.Willing to travel (AP and global)12.Deal with time constraints and deadlines self-motivated, self-organized
