職責(zé)描述：1. Responsible for homepage, PDP, campaign page design for brand’s flagship stores inTmall and JD platforms, ensuring the design is aligned to brand design guideline2. Responsible for store content management, including:Determine the key value proposition displayed in brand’s flagship storesSupervise the design outcome of TP or agency1. Keep close collaboration with TP or agency to manage the design quality and performance2. Strong sense of design trends and able to create cutting edge design that applicable for our brands in the eCommerce platforms3. Provide sound ideation for flagship store design to meet the requirements of operation KPI, attract visitors, improve conversation rate, etc.4. Collaborate with brand manager, digital marketing team to cultivate brand equity andachieve higher returns on campaign investment5. Master of design related tools: photoshop, illustrator, sketch, keynote, etc.任職要求：1. Over 3-year experience of graphic design, hardware industry business is preferred2. UI/Visual focus, mobile UI design experience is preferred3. Advanced UI/UX design experience, digital agency is a plus4. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant major5. Positive working attitude, self-motivated6. Teamwork is a must7. Excellent communication skills
