Direct manager: HR DirectorResponsibilities 1. Deep dive training needs collection and develop an annual training plan. 2. Coordinate with different sites/business units to ensure the execution of the training plan.3. Drive and track company core training programs such as internal trainer development.4. Responsible for regional training records (monthly training report for sites/****s) and cost al****.5. Drive the utilization of the E-Learning across regional sites 6. Maintain and update existing learning resources, including e-learning, in-house training, internal training and knowledge sharing, etc.7. Lead and develop training team to achieve team goals and ****ives. 8. Work with the manager to develop new tools and programs to support people’s growth. 9. Analyze the training data/ process and make continuous improvement. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, education, administration, or other relevant majors. 2. 8 years+ experience in training, learning & development, or relevant HR area. 3. Experience in facilitation or training delivery is a must.4. Proficient in video/e-learning design tools and virtual platform. 5. Good presentation skills is a must. 6. Good communication and collaboration skills, good English in both oral and written. 7. High sense of accountability and taking initiative. 8. Structured thinking and able to work with concepts. Self-motived and details oriented.
