崗位職責(zé):1.管理公司(及關(guān)聯(lián)公司)分配的客戶,處理銷售相關(guān)事宜,包括且不限于電話營(yíng)銷?出差拜訪客戶?協(xié)調(diào)和組織技術(shù)交流?處理訂單及交付?處理質(zhì)量投訴等。2.制定和執(zhí)行客戶服務(wù)計(jì)劃,以實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)。配合營(yíng)銷團(tuán)隊(duì),協(xié)同操作內(nèi)容營(yíng)銷宣傳?參加貿(mào)易展?參加組織客戶培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃等市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)。4.完成分配的特殊項(xiàng)目和活動(dòng)。5.識(shí)別?記錄和匯報(bào)滑環(huán)和編碼器的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì),包括具體的應(yīng)用信息、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況和價(jià)格等。任職要求:1.熟悉工業(yè)自動(dòng)化,或風(fēng)電?醫(yī)療?包裝機(jī)械?工程機(jī)械等行業(yè),有相關(guān)工作背景者優(yōu)先。2.了解編碼器產(chǎn)品或滑環(huán)產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)先。3.積極主動(dòng)、創(chuàng)新,具備出色的人際溝通技巧和關(guān)鍵客戶營(yíng)銷經(jīng)驗(yàn)。4 從事過(guò)編碼器或者滑環(huán)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)超過(guò)3年,如果有研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。5.在壓力下表現(xiàn)良好。6.英語(yǔ)良好,同時(shí)能將意大利語(yǔ),或者德語(yǔ),或法語(yǔ),或西班牙語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先。7.在如下公司有銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先:編碼器企業(yè):Heidenhain,RENISHAW,KUBLER,SICK,Baumer,LEINE LINDE,P+F,Hohner,Hengstler,Hubner,LIKA,ELCIS,ELTRA,Gaebridge, British Encoder Products Co,RAIENTEC/RADIO-ENERGIE,BEI IDEACOD,HOHNER Automáticos ,SCANCON,滑環(huán)企業(yè):LTN、Schleifring、GAT、Cobham、Morgan、Stemmann,Mersen、 CELCO PROFIL , Pandect Precision ,Rie-tech,Label,BGB,Everaxis,Venturetec,COMBINENT,Cavotec該工作需長(zhǎng)期出差在歐洲。Responsibilities:Manage customers assigned by the company (and affiliated companies), handle sales-related matters, including but not limited to telemarketing, business trips to visit customers, coordinating and organizing technical exchanges, processing orders and deliveries, handling quality complaints, etc.Develop and execute customer service plans to achieve sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate content marketing and promotion, participate in trade shows, organize customer training programs and other marketing activities.Complete assigned special projects and events.Identify, record and report market opportunities for slip rings and encoders, including specific application information, competition status, pricing, etc.Requirements:Familiar with industrial automation, or industries such as wind power, medical, packaging machinery, construction machinery, etc., with relevant work experience preferred.Understanding of encoder products or slip ring products is preferred.Proactive, innovative, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and key account marketing experience.More than 3 years of sales experience in encoders or slip rings, with R&D experience preferred.Perform well under pressure.Good English skills, and proficiency in Italian, German, French, or Spanish is preferred.Sales experience in the following companies is preferred:Encoder companies: Heidenhain, RENISHAW, KUBLER, SICK, Baumer, LEINE LINDE, P+F, Hohner, Hengstler, Hubner, LIKA, ELCIS, ELTRA, Gaebridge, British Encoder Products Co, RAIENTEC/RADIO-ENERGIE, BEI IDEACOD, HOHNER Automáticos, SCANCON.Slip ring companies: LTN, Schleifring, GAT, Cobham, Morgan, Stemmann, Mersen, CELCO PROFIL, Pandect Precision, Rie-tech, Label, BGB, Everaxis, Venturetec, COMBINENT, Cavotec.Work ****: Europe
