Identify industry trends and user pain points to create engaging topics.?Ensure timely content copy delivery as per the marketing plan and collaborate with the communications department for effective social media distribution.?Track content data (e.g., plays, inter****, and conversion rates) and optimize content and distribution strategies continuously.?Study platform traffic distribution mechanisms and design targeted activities to boost user participation and content metrics.?Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to align content marketing with business goals.?Monitor industry and competitor content strategies. Conduct regular analyses to provide innovative ideas for company content marketing.?Be prepared to undertake any new tasks assigned.任務職責包括但不限于:?負責策劃并執(zhí)行傳播活動,包括流程設計、文案打磨及傳播節(jié)奏把控等。?負責公司微信公眾號、視頻號、抖音等平臺的短視頻、直播、圖文等內容營銷工作;能夠挖掘行業(yè)熱點與用戶痛點,策劃出具有高傳播性和高轉化率的選題方向。?根據(jù)營銷計劃,確保內容文案按時輸出,并與傳播部門緊密合作,在社交媒體上進行內容的有效分發(fā)。?跟蹤內容數(shù)據(jù)(如播放量、互動率、轉化率等),通過持續(xù)測試來優(yōu)化內容形式和分發(fā)策略,以提升內容效果。?研究不同平臺的流量分發(fā)機制,基于規(guī)則制定有針對性的活動,激勵用戶參與,從而提高內容的相關數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)。?與跨職能團隊建立并維護良好的合作關系,確保內容營銷活動與公司整體業(yè)務目標保持一致。?關注行業(yè)動態(tài)和競爭對手內容策略,定期進行競品分析,為公司內容營銷提供創(chuàng)新思路和改進建議。?積極響應并高效完成其他臨時任務。Education & Experience?Bachelor's degree or above.?At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial product - related company.?Preferably with experience in industrial marketing.Knowledge & Skills?Have an eye for graphic design and a solid understanding of digital communication and social media.?Possess project management and strong interpersonal skills.?Demonstrate keen market insight and creative thinking to explore new content, channels, and strategies.?Have excellent English writing skills.?Manage time well to complete multiple tasks and deliver high - quality work on time.Personality & Behavior Traits?Good communication skill?Proactive?Planning & organizing?Self-learning?Motivating?Problem solving?Influencing others?Customer oriented教育和經(jīng)驗要求:?統(tǒng)招本科及以上?至少3年相關工業(yè)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗?具備工業(yè)市場營銷經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮知識技能:?對平面設計有良好的欣賞能力,對數(shù)字傳播和社交媒體有全面的理解?具備項目管理技能和較強的人際交往能力。?具備敏銳的市場洞察力和創(chuàng)新思維,能夠不斷探索新的內容形式、傳播渠道和營銷策略,為公司帶來獨特的創(chuàng)意和視角,保持內容的新鮮感和競爭力?良好的英語書寫能力?能夠合理安排工作時間,高效地完成多項任務,確保在緊張的工作節(jié)奏下按時交付高質量的內容和項目性格和行為特質:?良好的溝通技巧?積極主動?規(guī)劃與組織能力?自學能力?自我激勵?解決問題能力?有影響力?以客戶為導向
