Regularly review and identify deviations, and work with project team members to correct deviations. Being able to clearly identify risks, regularly review project progress, compared with plan and identify deviations. When deviations occur, can affect relevant stakeholders to obtain corresponding support, promote effective project progress and communication, collaborate with project team members, and bring the project back on track.?Good transparency throughout the entire process. The target is known and well understood by all stakeholders. Ensure that key milestones and important issue is clear aware by all project team members.
