崗位職責(zé)：
1. Monitor and optimize current manufacturing processes by improved workplace design
2. Determine all resources required, such as investments, production equipments, infrastructures, floor space required, material flow and required workforce for serial production
3. Analyze and review manufacturing capacity analysis, and improve capacity based on customer demanding
4. New machine planning: investment forecast, new machine ordering, overall layout planning, etc, till the SOP
5. Assist in HOERVA preparation, especially calculating total manufacturing cost and decision-making concerning cost effectiveness of projects
6. To maintain all asset related documents
7. To be knowledgeable about fixtures, tools etc. (can design the solutions independently)
8. Know about the Lean production, especially the lean layout designing
9. To carry out the tasks assigned by the superior
